Store in a cool, dry place. The product does not contain any preserved. It is recommended that it be consumed a few days before its expiration date.

Our traditional panettone was crafted in the laboratory of our friend and colleague Francesco Pompetti, together with the supervision of Alessandro Brigatti and Rosita Mammone, our pastry chef.
The products used
We rely on small artisans in our area.
The highest quality honey is made by Luca Vecchi, Azienda Agricola Colle Sant'angelo.
The selected candied fruits are produced by Riccardo Pelagaggie.
The oranges are left in the tank to candy for about a month.
The fruit is first blanched in water and then cooked in a syrup at 50 degrees brix. The oranges are left in the candying vat for about 1 month. Over 30 hours of processing and two rising times

Prepared in a laboratory where cereals, eggs, peanuts, soya, milk, nuts and sesame seeds are used.
